The Factory is proud to announce that Kayla Stanley, a 2020 graduate from Mira Mesa High School, has verbally committed to continue her softball and academic career at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. Kayla has a 4.6 GPA, is a catcher and middle infielder and currently plays for The Factory 18U Gold Team. She also plays for Mira Mesa High School where she has been a member of the Varsity team since her freshman year.

Kayla had a great summer in 2019, helping her Factory Cole/Smith (16u) Team compete in great events like the Colorado Sparkler (3rd place). She played for 18U Gold team in Champion’s Cup and also the EC Bullets 16U team in Boulder IDT and Utah World Series where they won the silver Championship (Combined record of 17-4-1 in Utah and Colorado). Kayla had several college opportunities but Northwest University was her top pick. Kayla wants to major in Political Science and aspires to become a lawyer.

Kayla is extremely excited to become an Eagle and play under the tutelage of 25 year head coach Pam Fink.

Congratulations Kayla from all of us at The Factory! Keep up the hard work.
