We are pleased to announce our new partnership with the EC Bullets Fastpitch Organization from Georgia. This partnership will open doors for players in Southern California to get more opportunities and exposure across the country with one of the oldest and most well established fastpitch clubs in the country. The EC Bullets have developed a tradition of excellence that has helped over 500 players receive scholarships to play fastpitch in college. 

This move underlines our continued effort to build a club based in San Diego that offers a wide range of opportunities in fastpitch softball. We feel that by developing levels of teams based on player ability and experience within our club, it gives us more flexibility to place teams in the best events for their team needs. The EC Bullets (CA) will be overseen by A.J. Robinson in California and Patrick O'Rielly, the new President of the EC Bullets. We will work together to continue the efforts already driving the success of The Factory Fastpitch Club.

EC Bullets CA - Compete at the Top Events Nationally.

The Factory Fastpitch Club - Compete at Top Tournaments and Showcases Regionally and attend National Events including PGF National Qualifiers, Surf City Showcases, Triple Crown Showcases and Tournaments, USA Preps Showcase Events, TCS World Series and Colorado Sparkler, USA Elite Select, USSSA and USA Softball Events.

The Factory Softball Academy - This is an opportunity for more localized, lower cost teams that have complete control of their budget and schedules. These teams still get access to all of the Factory coaching, recruiting and administrative tools with more freedom to meet the needs of their families.

The EC Bullets give us an established base of highly respected coaches with extensive college coach contacts. This will help our players connect with colleges across the country. It also opens doors for our players to compete in additional events including tournaments, showcases and camps with other EC Bullets teams. Our players now have many more assets at their disposable to help in recruiting and development. We feel that having an East Coast partner will really benefit players from SoCal. We can, in return, offer EC Bullets players from other parts of the country opportunities to play and showcase in SoCal and Western events.

One of the biggest benefits of this partnership will be our continued relationship and involvement with Coach Patrick O'Rielly and EC Bullets founder Greg Schnute. Patrick will be changing roles from General Manager of The Factory to become the President of the EC Bullets. We will continue to benefit from his knowledge and expertise as he will oversee EC Bullets teams and operations. In addition, we will gain the wisdom and full support of EC Bullets founder Greg Schnute and his extensive knowledge and contacts.

The first EC Bullets CA team will be the 2020 team and will start competing in September 2018. We will slowly expand the number of EC Bullets (CA) teams and are currently considering adding:
